Swedes NiP took down the French eXtensive 2-0, while the latter's countrymen BuyKey knocked out Portuguese k1ck 2-1 in the first two quarter finals at AMD Sapphire Invitational.

NiP started their quarter-final clash with eXtensive on de_inferno_se, where they managed win fairly convincingly 16-7, after a somewhat close start before the Frenchmen fell too far behind.

eXtensive actually looked promising on de_dust2_se, as they racked up a 7-2 lead as counter-terrorists before NiP went on a roll, winning fourteen of the next fifteen rounds to win 16-8 and 2-0 overall. The remaining quarter-finals where VeryGames faces ESC Gaming and myDGB.net takes on zNation, are currently live on the first map of each series. NiP will face BuyKey again at 15:00 , with the other semi-final scheduled for the same time.
